Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. handled what I needed in a very timely manner. They got me the exact thing I was looking for and for a very reasonable price as well. I'm not sure as to everything they do there but i am sure that I would recommend them to anyone that asks me about em. I needed some custom U bolts and they came through for me. Took a wheel hub in to get a bolt removed. Quoted me $145 which was a fair price. When I came back to pick it up, they told me no charge. The bolt came out faster than they had expected. I’ve had other work done there, and it’s always top notch!

As full-time RVers, our travel trailer is our home. So, when I discovered a bent leaf spring on our camper, I knew I needed to find a quick fix. My first instinct was to reach out to RV repair shops and mobile repairmen. With several weeks of backlog at the repair shops and too many flaky mobile RV techs who didn't even call us back, we had to figure out a way to get back on the road. I found Smiley's after doing some research online and I'm so glad I did! They were able to squeeze us in within a few days of calling and did a fantastic repair, replacing all 4 of our leaf springs for less than most RV shops charge.
